Dr. Oetker 25cm (10 inch) round silver cake board
1 tub Dr. Oetker Chocolate Fudge Icing

  3. Roll out a little yellow fondant to form a label and collar and secure on top of the bottle with a little water. Form another piece of yellow fondant into a cork shape and secure on the cake so it resembles a popping cork.
  4. Roll out the remaining yellow fondant thinly as above and cut out cocktail glass shapes. Arrange round the side of the cake. Decorate with writing icing.
