Mini Chocolate Fruit Kebabs recipe

Ingredients

  • Dr. Oetker Coloured Mini Marshmallows
  • 100g pack Dr. Oetker White, Milk or Plain Chocolate Chips
  • your favourite fruit or try strawberries, apples, bananas
  • wooden skewers or cocktail sticks

Method

  1. Wash fruit and cut into small pieces
  2. Thread fruit onto short wooden skewers or wooden cocktail sticks along with a few Coloured Mini Marshmallows.
  3. Melt White, Milk or Plain Chocolate Chips according to packet instructions and place in a wide, shallow bowl. Carefully dip each skewer, lengthwise, into the bowl to half dip in chocolate.
  4. Place on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and leave to one side in a cool place to set.
