No Fuss Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 large (379g) tin condensed milk
  • 175g (6oz) butter
  • 225g (8oz) Dr. Oetker Continental Chocolate – Milk or White
  • 900g (2 lb) icing sugar

Method

  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter until soft then stir in the condensed milk.
  2. Melt the Continental Chocolate according to pack instructions then add to the butter mixture.
  3. Gradually stir in the icing sugar until the mixture is smooth and firm.
  4. Turn out the fudge onto a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar and roll out to a depth of 2.5cm (1 inch).
  5. Cut into small squares and place in an airtight container.
  6. Place in the refrigerator overnight to allow the fudge to dry out and firm up a bit before consuming.
