Orange Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • ¼-½ clove crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼-½ tsp Dr. Oetker Natural Orange Extract
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a clean jar or suitable plastic container with lid.
  2. Ensure that the lid is securely fastened and shake until the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
  3. Serve with salads of all types.
  4. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Shake well before each use.

Makes: 120ml (4fl.oz)
