Sticky Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 110g (4oz) popping corn
  • 1 x 5ml tsp vegetable oil
  • 50g (2oz) Dr. Oetker Mini Marshmallows
  • 50g (2oz) Dr. Oetker Milk Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the popping corn and cover with a well fitting lid (preferably glass so you can see the corn).
  2. Heat on high for a few minutes then shake vigorously over heat until popping stops.
  3. Pour into a large bowl and stir in the Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows.
  4. Place in a microwave and heat for 20 – 30 seconds until the Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows melt into a sticky, gooey mass.
