Christmas Pudding Treats
Ingredients
- 100g bag Dr. Oetker Plain Chocolate Chips
- 350g (12oz) fruit cake, crumbled
- 2 tbsp dark rum or freshly squeezed orange juice
- 50g (2oz) Dr. Oetker White Chocolate Chips
- Dr. Oetker Christmas Petit Four Cases
To decorate
- Dr. Oetker Writing Icing (red and green)
Method
- Melt Plain Chocolate Chips as instructed on the pack. Stir in the cake crumbs and rum or orange juice.
- Mix well, allow to cool, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
- Form chilled mixture into 15 balls. Melt White Chocolate Chips as instructed on pack and spoon a little on top of each to resemble brandy sauce. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
- Decorate with Writing Icing to make holly leaves and berries. Place in Christmas Petit Four cases to serve.
