Crispy Rice Bars
Ingredients
- 60g (2½oz) butter or margarine
- 200g (7oz) Dr. Oetker Coloured Mini Marshmallows
- 150g (5oz) crispy rice cereal
- 1 tsp Dr. Oetker Natural Vanilla Extract
Method
- Melt the butter or margarine over a low heat.
- Gradually add Mini Marshmallows stirring continuously until fully melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir in Natural Vanilla Extract and crispy rice cereal.
- Press into a greased 23cm (9 inch) square dish and place in refrigerator to set. Cut into bars and serve.
