Ever So Easy Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients

• 380g tub Dr. Oetker EasyIce Chocolate Fudge Icing
• handful strawberries and raspberries
• 1 apple
• your favourite ice cream & sorbet
• squirty cream
• Dr. Oetker Shakers

Method

1. Wash and pat dry a few strawberries, raspberries and an apple.  Remove stalks from strawberries and cut in half.  Remove core from apple and cut into small chunks.
2. Melt a tub of EasyIce Chocolate Fudge Icing as directed on pack and set aside.
3. For each sundae, put a few bits of fruit in the bottom of a tall glass or sundae dish and top with a scoop of your favourite fruit sorbet.
4. Add some more fruit and a scoop of your favourite ice cream. 
5. Top with a good swirl of squirty cream and pour over the melted EasyIce Chocolate Fudge Icing.
6. Sprinkle generously with Shakers, serve with a long spoon and eat up before it melts!
