Ever So Easy Ice Cream Sundae
Ingredients
- 380g tub Dr. Oetker EasyIce Chocolate Fudge Icing
- handful strawberries and raspberries
- 1 apple
- your favourite ice cream & sorbet
- squirty cream
- Dr. Oetker Shakers
Method
- Wash and pat dry a few strawberries, raspberries and an apple. Remove stalks from strawberries and cut in half. Remove core from apple and cut into small chunks.
- Melt a tub of EasyIce Chocolate Fudge Icing as directed on pack and set aside.
- For each sundae, put a few bits of fruit in the bottom of a tall glass or sundae dish and top with a scoop of your favourite fruit sorbet.
- Add some more fruit and a scoop of your favourite ice cream.
- Top with a good swirl of squirty cream and pour over the melted EasyIce Chocolate Fudge Icing.
- Sprinkle generously with Shakers, serve with a long spoon and eat up before it melts!
