Fruit & Nut Clusters
Ingredients
- 175g (6oz) Dr. Oetker Plain or Extra Dark Continental Chocolate (broken into pieces)
- 50g (2oz) chopped walnuts
- 50g (2oz) mixed dried fruit
- 50g (2oz) Dr. Oetker White Mini Marshmallows
- a few drops Dr. Oetker Rum or Vanilla Flavouring
- Dr. Oetker Petit Four Cases
To decorate
- Dr. Oetker Mini Chocolate Flakes to decorate
Method
- Line a large baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
- Place the Continental Chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Heat gently, stirring until melted.
- Remove the bowl from the water and stir in the nuts, fruit, Mini Marshmallows and Rum or Vanilla Flavouring until well mixed.
- Pile 16 heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with Mini Chocolate Flakes and leave in a cool place until set.
- To serve, peel away from the paper and place in Petit Four Cases.
