Family favourite SuperCook lends a helping hand this Christmas

Christmas has never been so fun, thanks to a little help from well known decorations and ingredients brand, SuperCook.

With the festive season just around the corner, be sure to add SuperCook to your shopping lists – with their mouth watering Christmas Pudding Truffles, you’ll have the whole family eating out of your hand! Even Rudolph will appreciate these Christmas treats.

To make your own Christmas Pudding Truffles all you need to do is follow the easy steps below:

Ingredients

100g bag SuperCook Plain Chocolate Chips
350g (12oz) fruit cake, crumbled
2 tbsp dark rum or freshly squeezed orange juice
50g (2oz) SuperCook White Chocolate Chips
Red and Green SuperCook Writing Icing to decorate

How to make them

  1. Place the plain chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water until melted. Remove from the water and stir in the cake crumbs, and rum or orange juice.
  2. Mix well, allow to cool and then cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Form chilled mixture into 15 balls and place on a board. Melt the white chocolate as above and spoon a little on top of each to resemble brandy sauce. Chill for a further 30 minutes until set.
  4. Decorate with writing icing to make holly leaves and berries, and place in SuperCook Christmas Petit Fours cases to serve.

Makes: 15

Why not bake these delicious truffles and give them to friends and family as Christmas presents?
