SuperCook Crystallised Ginger is delicious pieces of fine quality ginger carefully crystallised in sugar.  They make a delicious, full flavoured gingery decoration for cakes, biscuits, muffins and ice cream and are ideal for baking into cakes, puddings and biscuits.

Crystallised Ginger is also a great tasty addition to fresh fruit salad or muesli!

For best results sprinkle on desserts just before serving and in icing just before it sets.
