Egg White Powder is pasteurised egg whites.  It can be used as a convenient alternative to fresh egg whites and has the added health protection of pasteurisation.

SuperCook Egg White Powder is versatile for use in all your recipes in place of fresh egg whites.  Ideal for meringues, royal icing and other sweet and savoury cooking - no more wasted left over yolks!  It is packed in individual sachets to keep the product fresh for each use.

Each pack contains 6 individual sachets - each sachet is equivalent to 2 egg whites.
