Whole Egg Powder is pasteurised, dried whole egg.  It can be used as a convenient alternative to fresh hen eggs and has the added health protection of pasteurisation.

SuperCook Whole Egg Powder is versatile for use in all your recipes in place of fresh whole hen eggs.  Simply add to recipes with other dry ingredients and add the appropriate amount of water as directed on the back of pack.

Available in a handy 130g resealable tub - equivalent to 10 average sized hen eggs.
