Belgian chocolate is renowned for its premium quality.  Our Extra Dark Chocolate is made in Belgium using 72% cocoa solids to achieve the intense flavour required for your fine chocolate baking and desserts. 

It is ideal for making rich chocolate fudge cakes, mousses, tortes or even chocolate ice-cream.   You can also use our Belgian Chocolate to decorate your cakes and desserts by piping and drizzling or making chocolate curls and other creative shapes.

Our chocolate melts easily over a pan of hot water or can be melted in a microwave.

SuperCook Belgian Extra Dark Chocolate is foil wrapped for freshness and available in a 150g bar.
