SuperCook Select Vanilla Powder

The delightful flavour of vanilla is at the heart of a wide variety of baking and sweet cooking and is even becoming popular as an addition to savoury cooking.  It is a delicate very important ingredient.

SuperCook Select Vanilla Powder is carefully ground from the finest whole vanilla pods of the Indian Ocean Islands and blended with pure cane sugar ensuring all the flavour and aroma from the whole vanilla pod is retained.

Our vanilla powder is ready to use and perfect for all your vanilla recipes.  It is particularly suited to dry ingredient recipes and those requiring high temperature baking.  At high temperatures vanilla powder is more effective than vanilla extract or pods for a rich vanilla flavour.  The finished dish is enhanced with tiny black flecks from the ground pod. 

Each pack contains five individual sachets sealed for freshness at each use.
