SuperCook Select Dark Chocolate is made using the finest Organic Fairtrade ingredients.  It contains 85% cocoa solids for an indulgent taste using specially selected cocoa beans from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. 

Select Dark Chocolate is professional couverture quality and has been specially prepared with high cocoa butter content for easy melting.

Our Select Dark Chocolate is perfect for all your chocolate recipes including tortes, cakes, mousses and ice cream.  You can also use our Chocolate to create decorations by piping and drizzling or making chocolate curls and other creative shapes.

Each bar weighs 120g and is moulded into 5g pieces for easy measuring.
