Our special Marzipan is made with specially selected Mediterranean almonds renowned for their smooth delicious taste. This compares to standard marzipans that are made with widely available Californian almonds. 

SuperCook Select Natural Marzipan is easy to roll and provides a smooth professional finish, making it perfect for covering Christmas, wedding and other special occasion cakes. Its high almond content also makes it perfect for making petit fours.

Each pack contains enough Marzipan to cover a 23cm (9 inch) round cake or a 20cm (8 inch) square cake.
